Device ID
Controls the value returned for the unique device ID, either the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) for GSM or the Mobile Equipment ID (MEID) or Electronic Serial Number (ESN) for CDMA phones. The unique device ID is permanent for a device.
Phone Number
Allows access to phone number and/or voicemail number, for example, the Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network (MSISDN) for a GSM phone or Mobile Device Number (MDN) for a CDMA phone. This number is often absent or invalid.
Sim Card Serial
Controls the value returned for the SIM Serial Number (SSN), also called the Integrated Circuit Card ID (ICCID). This is unique to the SIM.
Subscriber ID
Controls the value returned for the unique subscriber ID, for example, the International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) for a GSM phone or the Mobile Identification Number (MIN) for a CDMA phone.
Incoming Call Number
Controls access to the reported number of an incoming call.
Outgoing Call Number
Controls access to the dialled phone number of an outgoing call.
Call Phone
Controls whether an application can initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface. The Dialer allows a user to confirm that the call be placed. Enabling this control does not allow an application to call emergency numbers (i.e. 911).
Network Location
Controls the value returned for the device\'s location as reported by its Wi-Fi and/or cellular radio.
GPS Location
Controls the value returned for the device\'s location as reported by its GPS sensor.
Account Credentials
Controls whether an application can use an authentication token associated with that application to authenticate with a service (e.g. the Facebook application using your Facebook credentials)
Accounts
Controls access to the listing of accounts currently registered on the device. Besides your Google account, other popular accounts you may have registered include Dropbox, Twitter, LinkedIn, Firefox and others. Account details include both the service, and your ID on the service (e.g. your Gmail address)
Contacts
Controls access to information contained in the Android contacts.
Call Log
Controls access to information contained in the Android call log.
Calendar
Controls access to information contained in the Android calendar.
Access SMS
Controls access to SMS messages stored on the device (but not on a SIM, if applicable).
Send SMS
Controls whether an application can send SMS messages.
Access MMS
Controls access to MMS messages stored on the device (but not on a SIM, if applicable).
Send MMS
Controls whether an application can send MMS messages.
Record Audio
Controls whether an application can record audio at any time using a device\'s microphone (not during phone calls)
Camera
Controls whether an application can take still photographs using a device\'s cameras at any time.
Bookmarks and History
Controls access to the Android web-browsing history and bookmarks.
System Logs
Controls reading of system logs from the device, which may contain personal data. This does not protect against apps with root-level access reading your system logs.
Start on Boot
Controls whether an application is notified of boot completion, which can be used to load the application on device start-up, or perform other activities.
Wifi Info
Controls whether the application can retrieve a list of all configured wireless networks on the device, the current wifi network, nearby wifi access points, and current IP address (if configured by DHCP).
Switch Wifi State
Controls whether an application can connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi access points and make changes to the device configuration for Wi-Fi networks.
Switch Network State
Controls whether an application can enable or disable mobile data.
Network Info
Controls whether an application can access detailed current network including connection state, roaming, DNS servers, IP Addresses, etc.
Android ID
Controls whether an application can access the device\'s unique Android installation ID, which is constant for the lifetime of the OS installation (including across backup and restore of the OS).
SIM Info
Controls whether an application can access the country and mobile operator information stored on the SIM card. Normally, this information can be accessed by an application without any Android permissions.
IP Tables
Controls whether the application can execute scripts which include iptables commands (or more accurately, contains the text iptables or ip6tables)
ICC Access
Controls whether an application can read/write SMS messages to the Integrated Circuit Card (ICC), R-UIM, or SIM card.
Force Online State
When enabled, this causes Android to always report to a requesting application that the device is online (i.e. that Internet connectivity is available).
