The "ROI Manager Tools" toolset is now distributed with BAR, a curated
collection of "Broadly Applicable Routines" for ImageJ[1].

The easiest way to install the Toolset is to subscribe to the BAR update
site[2]. Alternatively, the file can also be downloaded from Github[3].
