:ticket:`3912` : The Sphinx upgrade to 3.4.2 took me more time than usual
because it forced my to (finally) convert the documentation in
:mod:`lino.management.commands` to prosa-style docs in
:ref:`specs.lino.admin_commands` (in :ref:`specs.lino`).
