ValueError when parsing incoming XML file
=========================================

The following code helped us to explore :ticket:`3164` (a problem coming from
outside of Lino: they somehow had a series of invalid XML files in their
:attr:`import_statements_path <lino_xl.lib.b2c.Plugin.import_statements_path>`).
