Minor optimizations in Noi and Amici
====================================

I did some minor optimizations in :ref:`amici` and :ref:`noi`.

- :ticket:`2541` TicketsBySite sorting order.

- :ticket:`2543`. Mainly added the :mod:`lino_xl.lib.sepa` pluging.
  And then some subtle layout changes: removed the "id" field from
  Companies.insert_layout, added the description field to the default
  cal.Event.detail_layout.
