Demonstrate Oauth sign in on Wikimedia

I finally did :ticket:`2445`.  It was easy, I just followed
instructions in my :ref:`lino.socialauth` tutorial (which I then
updated).

I registered a new OAuth application called
`Social Auth Tester
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:OAuthConsumerRegistration/update/7dbd2e1529e45108f798349811c7a2b7>`__
and added the consumer token 
and secret token to
the
:xfile:`settings.py` of the team demo.

I left a message at `Steward requests/Miscellaneous

an my request was reviewed and approved within minutes.
