I added a new Site attribute :attr:`webdav_protocol
<lino.core.site.Site.webdav_protocol>`.  Having this non-empty will
have the same effect for the end-user as installing
:mod:`lino.modlib.davlink`, but using a custom protocol handler
instead of Java.

Code changes:

- I changed the ``open_davlink_url`` keyword in the response to
  ``open_webdav_url``.
