I continued to repair the test suites after :ticket:`1329`.

I am having an error "AttributeError: 'dict' object has no attribute
'env'" in `lucde`. I guess that it is caused by ablog and posted an
`issue there <https://github.com/abakan/ablog/issues/88>`__.
