Lino Developer's Guide on wikibooks?

I thought that wikibooks.org is theoretically the place where Lino
documentation should be hosted, so I started to migrate
:ref:`lino.dev` into `Lino Developer's
Guide <https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Lino_Developer%27s_Guide>`__.

En général:

- Un agent d'accueil pourrait faire des intégrations (sous la
  responsabilité d'un agent social).  Integration = lien entre le CPAS
  et une personne.  purpose code = type d'intégration.
  
- Services qui sont probablement intéressants:
