With Mathieu I had a look at :ticket:`813`. This was mainly because
the particpant role of the course_type was empty.

The :class:`lino_xl.lib.cal.UpdateGuests` action is no longer
called automatically on `after_ui_save` and `after_ui_create` because
that behaviour was irritating.
