Yet another voice meeting with Alexa (for :ticket:`701`) yielded yet
another list of items to do:

- Button "Rechnungen erstellen" pro Kurs
- Product.ref : not needed in Lino Voga

- Artikelbezeichnung in Rechnung
- sales.InvoicingsByInvoice : add column `voucher_date`

- Funktioniert Fakturationsadresse?

- Course.duplicate : (1) fails because it creates a duplicate `ref`
  and (2) does not copy the participants.
- `end_date` and `start_date` of an Enrolment should be disabled when
  it is not a "subscription course"

- MWSt-Klasse? Ist die nötig? Kann das Feld nicht raus?

- `Enrolment.amount` default value must not ignore `places`

- Mehr als eine Optionenmenge pro Einschreibung. Zum Beispiel
  "Haltestelle" und "Menü".

- Wie regeln wir Einschreibungen vom Typ "60€ (10 Stunden) / 150€ (30
  Stunden)"?
