I merged Hamza's work for :ticket:`505` and tested in Eupen.

Found more than one account with IBAN BE1406...83

It seems that the following change which I did on 20151016 got lost:

    It turned out that they do have duplicate accounts. At least for the
    moment. A duplicate Account object currently exists if two clients
    have a common account at the bank. Of course this is not correct (and
    I need to think with Gerd about how to solve this), but in order to
    see first results, I changed the Found more than one account with
    IBAN xxx error issued in lino_xl.lib.sepa.models from an Exception
    to a simple logger warning.

I did it again.

Ant the following error was due to an accidental trailing comma after
an assignment::

But now I get this error message when I import their file:

  Data truncated for column 'remote_owner' at row 1

No traceback. I currently guess that the XML parser raised a `Warning`
exception. Because this is the only type of exception which gets
catched in :meth:`lino.core.kernel.Kernel.run_action`. I manually
deactivated this catch on the local copy of the Lino repository to get
the traceback::
