A :class:`ReceptionClerk
<lino_welfare.modlib.welfare.roles.ReceptionClerk>` no longer was a
:class:`BeIdUser <lino.modlib.beid.roles.BeIdUser>` (:ticket:`462`).
Fixed, but it would be good to write a test case to cover this
(:ticket:`465`).
