I finished and checked in :doc:`yesterday's <0402>` changes.

Final spurt
===========

Release in both Eupen and Chatelet.  In Chatelet I manually commented
out a few lines related to :mod:`lino_welfare.modlib.projects` Here
again this is an example of a situation where it would have been
overkill to write fixtures.
