Reported and fixed :ticket:`120` : :class:`reception.Clients
<lino_welfare.modlib.reception.models.Clients>` now has the same
default parameters as :class:`pcsw.Clients
<lino_welfare.modlib.pcsw.models.Clients>`.

Fixed a bug in 
:meth:`lino_welfare.modlib.pcsw.models.Clients.get_request_queryset`
: coachings must not used for filtering when
e.g. `observed_event` is set to `ClientEvents.isip`



I continued to work on ``lino.modlib.dedupe``.
