Today I met with Ruth, Hermann, Gaby and Monique to talk about
:ref:`faggio`.  Together we had lots of ideas. Some of them I
implemented right now:

- New field :attr:`ml.courses.Course.name` : "Kurzbezeichnung" eines
  Kurses.

- Miscellaneous `column_names`, `insert_layout` and parameters.
  Separate `insert_layout` for `courses.EnrolmentsByPupil`
  and `courses.EnrolmentsByCourse`.
