- Fixed a bug which caused the :class:`dd.EditTemplate` action to be
  missing on :class:`lino.modlib.excerpts.Excerpts`.

- :manage:`watch_tim` now logs a warning "Ignoring invalid email
  address %s" when the case occurs.

- New fixture :mod:`lino_welfare.fixtures.demo2` creates one Excerpt
  for each ExcerptType. (TODO: write a test case which actually
  renders them, with the new appy.pod strict mode enabled)
