AttributeError: AttrDict instance has no key 'CitiesByCountry'

The following snippet reproduces a wrong which occurred when a certain
kind of invalid url was being requested. Lino should return a 404
status in that case, not raise an :ref:`ise`.

Unergonomischer Eingang zur Demo

Optimierungen in :srcref:`lino/config/admin_main_base.html`.

Ja ich gebe zu dass das "gewöhnungsbedürftig" bzw. "ergonomisch
betrachtet noch nichts zum Angeben" ist.

In der Tat sollte ja gerade eine Demo möglichst
keine solchen Stolpersteine haben.

New ``setlanguage`` directive
-----------------------------

I added two "imports from future" to
`rstgen.sphinxconf`::

  from __future__ import print_function
  from __future__ import unicode_literals

This has the side effect that code snippets passed to py2rst or
django2rst directives now also have this set. Because they are
executed from here.

Unfortunately when this occurs, Sphinx does not report the real
guilty because I don't yet know how tell here to do so.
So when you see::
