Backwards-incompatible framework change:

- when `column_names` contains a ``*`` (wildcard columns), 
  then these columns will be now hidden.
  Except when it is *only* a ``*``.
  A positive side-effect is that we can now also specify 
  BbabelFields as `hidden_columns`
  
  Added another copy of `hidden_elements` in `LayoutHandle`
  
Why I did this:

  In ActiveActivities I wanted to temporaily show the state column

- The fictive bookings fixture is very useful but it might be 
  optional... separated this code into a separate module
  :mod:`lino.modlib.ledger.fixtures.demo_bookings`.

DONE:

- Eupen ist in der Datenbank 2x drin (city_name.strip() in import2013.py)

- Räume haben keine Organisation. LBZ Bbach und Kelmis in initdb

- Wiederholung Kurs par défault nicht "monatlich" sondern wöchentlich

- Die Meldung "Du hast 1 Offene Einschreibungsanfragen" soll dort weg.

- tariff und calendar sind jetzt pro Kurs-Serie, nicht mehr pro Kurs.

- Aktive Kurse : "Veröffentlicht" und "Begonnen"

- Einschreibungern pro Kunde : Stornierte nicht ausblenden
