Switching from Cheetah Template to Jinja2
-----------------------------------------

People who are used to templates now no longer get shocked 
when they read the :ref:`lino.tutorial.polls`.

The content for the "admin" main page is no longer 
stored in a pages.Page, but directly in `admin_main.html`.

:mod:`lino.apps.polls.tutorial` now uses a template
:srcref:`/lino/apps/polls/tutorials/templates/admin_main.html`.

Converted :srcref:`/lino/ui/extjs3/linolib.js` from Cheetah to Jinja.


TODO: 

- Add a PackageLoader for each INSTALLED_APPS

- Integrate a solution for extracting messages between ``trans`` tags from templates. 
  Current workaround is to use the `_()` function.
