J'ai enfin pris la peine de séparer "Lino" et "Lino pour CPAS".
Les fonctionnalités spécifiques aux CPAS seront dorénavant

Note: ce blog-ci continuera de parler également des changements 
dans Lino-Welfare tant que je maintiens ce projet.

First changes after the split
-----------------------------

- :func:`lino.dd.update_field` was capable to cause errors 
  due to circular imports because internally it used Django's 
  `get_field_by_name` method. Now it uses `get_field`.
  
- Changes in :meth:`lino.Lino.using` and :meth:`lino.Lino.install_migrations`
  because (of course) we must now differentiate between Lino the framework 
  and Lino the application.
  
  The *framework* version skips from 1.4.10 to 1.5.0,
  while Lino-Welfare starts over at version 0.0.1.
  
  This will lead to the funny message when running the Lino-Welfare data migration::
  
    INFO Migrating from version 1.4.10 to 0.0.1
