- Started to write 
  :func:`lino.apps.pcsw.migrate.migrate_from_1_4_10`.
  
- Published Lino docs on `readthedocs.org <http://readthedocs.org/projects/lino/>`_.
  This required modifications to
  :srcref:`docs/conf.py`,
  :srcref:`lino/__init__.py` and :srcref:`setup.py`.
  They now use a separate plain text file :srcref:`VERSION` 
  which contains the current version.
