- New model :class:`lino.modlib.uploads.models.UploadType`.

- The summary panel of a report (Links, Uploads,...) 
  now has an "Insert" button which is a shortcut to InsertRow.
  
- Contract.summary_row (used when displaying the contract as a reminder in :xfile:`welcome.html`) now provides clickable links 
  to the person and the company
  
- Updated german translations.
